doTERRA Litsea essential oil is amazing for alleviating skin issues and has a really beautiful flowery, or woody citrus aroma that you'll really enjoy - it's both uplifting and rejeuvenating.

Litsea cubeba has been used in Chinese practise as a mood enhancer for thousands of years, to offer support in situations of stress, anxiety, fatigue, discomfort, and even excessive perspiration.

In Ayuverdic traditions it is also used to alleviate skin issues such as acne, eczema, dermatitis and ease indigestion. It's a great oil to add to your skin care or facial cleansing regime.

The herb is popularly known as May Chang, and this lemon-like essential oil can have strong rejuvenating effects when diffused and its uplifting scent can help clear your mind and rejuvenate your energy. If you like Bergamot, you'll like Litsea.

Uses

• Diffuse at home, work, or school to promote a positive, uplifting environment.
• Apply to a cotton ball or terra cotta plate and place in car to experience doTERRA Litsea's energizing aroma while driving.
• When feeling down, apply one drop to hands, rub together, and inhale deeply as needed throughout the day. 
• Keep your chin up by rubbing into the back of your neck.
• Use as a perfume, apply to wrists and smell throughout the day for an uplifting aroma.
• Apply to the bottoms of your feet for a boost of positivity and cheerfulness.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use one to two drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Add to your skin cream.

Topical use: Apply topically to the back of the neck, on temples, and bottoms of feet. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
