doTERRA's Helichrysum essential oil, from the immortelle or everlasting flower, is highly sought after for its many health benefits and it has been used in herbal health practices since ancient Greece. It's fantastic for the skin and is known for its restorative properties. For this reason it is often used in anti-ageing products for its rejuvenating benefits and is often referred to as the Immortal Flower. Helichrysum can help reduce the appearance of blemishes, and it promotes a glowing, youthful complexion.

For centuries it has also been used as a liver stimulant and detoxifier.

The oil is quite scarce and because it is derived from a flower, it is more expensive than oils from a tree or fruit.

Uses

• Apply topically to reduce the appearance of blemishes.
• Apply to the face to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and to promote a glowing, youthful complexion.
• Massage into the temples and the back of the neck for a soothing sensation.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use:Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use:Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
